Become a trusted advisor to your clients, understanding the specific financial and operational pressures facing GermanSMEs.
Provide structured feedback from the field to shape product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategy for Germany.
Help INFINIT establish its reputation as the go-to fintech partner for SMEs in Germany.
2–3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally selling B2B, particularly to SMEs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can deliver compelling product demos and negotiate with confidence.
A deep understanding of the challenges facing German small businesses: margins, inventory management, financing, and customer acquisition.
Proactive and self-motivated — you take ownership, manage your own pipeline, and make things happen.
Adaptable and resilient — you thrive in a startup environment and stay focused when priorities shift.
Analytical with strong attention to detail; comfortable using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
Fluent in German (native or near-native) and professionally proficient in English — our internal team is international.
