The Role
 
As an Account Executive at INFINIT Germany, you will be at the tip of the spear for our market entry. You will identify, engage, and close deals with SMEs across different industries whilst building the foundations for a scalable, high-performing sales operation.
 
The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-driven professional with a hunter mentality, a deep understanding of how small businesses operate, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of SME clients 

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through to demo, negotiation, and close.

  • Run targeted outbound campaigns across emails, cold calls, video outreach, social selling, and industry events to attract high-quality leads.

  • Become a trusted advisor to your clients, understanding the specific financial and operational pressures facing GermanSMEs.

  • Provide structured feedback from the field to shape product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategy for Germany.

  • Help INFINIT establish its reputation as the go-to fintech partner for SMEs in Germany.

  • 2–3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally selling B2B, particularly to SMEs.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can deliver compelling product demos and negotiate with confidence.

  • A deep understanding of the challenges facing German small businesses: margins, inventory management, financing, and customer acquisition.

  • Proactive and self-motivated — you take ownership, manage your own pipeline, and make things happen.

  • Adaptable and resilient — you thrive in a startup environment and stay focused when priorities shift.

  • Analytical with strong attention to detail; comfortable using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.

  • Fluent in German (native or near-native) and professionally proficient in English — our internal team is international.
