Senior Front-End Engineer (Angular 16+) – Offshore Location: Chennai, India Experience Level: 7+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Engineer (Angular) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern Angular (16+), with a strong focus on Signals, scalable architectures, and seamless front-end and back-end integration. You will play a key role in building cutting-edge, high-performance web applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain robust, high-performance web applications using Angular 16+, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx for state management. • Architect and implement reusable and scalable UI components using MicroUI and component-based design principles. • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features. • Build and maintain BFF (Backend For Frontend) services using Node.js, optimizing communication with a microservices architecture. • Ensure high code quality with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. • Follow Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) throughout the software lifecycle. • Stay up-to-date with emerging Angular and web development trends and implement best practices. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of professional experience as a front-end developer, with a strong focus on Angular (16+). • Expert-level proficiency with Angular, including Signals, RxJS, and NgRx. • Strong knowledge of TypeScript and its advanced features. • Proven experience in building and deploying applications using Node.js for BFF services. • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and implications for front-end development. • Experience with MicroUI and component-based design. • Strong background in building scalable and reusable UI components. • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
