Operations Supervisor

• →Set up meetings and conferences
• →Set-up and maintain all computers, LCD projectors and all other audio-visual equipment for our customers
• →Provide excellent customer service assistance to all clients
• →Contact the clients to ensure scheduled meetings go smoothly
• →Be an example showing leadership to other AV Technicians by training, showing best practice, and stepping up to back up Operations Manager, Assistant Director, and Director of Event Technology
• →Other duties as assigned

• Must have at least 3 years’ experience as an audio-visual technician
• Must be self-motivated, organized and punctual
• Must be able to work with little supervision
• Solid and demonstrable relationship customer service skills
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for a long period of time
• Demonstrate leadership skills
• Great Customer service
• Time Management Skills
