Responsibilities

→Design and implement methodologies for hardware development related to technology node and EDA tool enablement.
→Create, verify, and integrate unique hardware designs and platforms into hierarchical systems to support end-to-end EDA tool testing.
→Develop, test, and analyze engineering design automation tools, flows, and methodologies to improve efficiency and optimize power and performance.
→Support the development and enhancement of platforms, databases, scripts, and tools flows for design automation.
→Collaborate with EDA vendors on defining and early testing of next-generation design tools.
→Build expertise in digital design, verification, structural and physical layout, chip integration, power/performance optimization, clocking, and/or timing to inform future tool, flow, and methodology development.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 0-2 years of hands-on experience in hardware design, electronic design automation, or related domains with demonstrated skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience.
Proficiency in hardware design tools and EDA workflows.
Strong understanding of digital design principles, verification methodologies, and physical layout concepts.
Proficient in AI, Python, C++, TCL, SKILL programming languages.

Passion for innovation and continuous learning in hardware design and automation.
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and organize priorities in a fast-paced environment.
