Lab Operations Manager

As a Lab Operations Manager, you will help build and lead a team responsible for delivering reliable, scalable, and efficient lab operations that support engineering development and validation activities. You will collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, IT, and business partners to ensure lab environments, equipment, and services meet business needs while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• →Lead and develop a high-performing team of technical and operational professionals.
• →Oversee engineering lab operations, including infrastructure, equipment, asset management, and support services.
• →Drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and standardization.
• →Partner with engineering teams to support development, integration, testing, and validation activities.
• →Manage lab assets and resources to ensure availability, efficiency, and compliance.
• →Establish operational priorities, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• →Collaborate across organizations to address challenges, remove barriers, and deliver business results.
• →Support strategic planning, capacity management, and future lab growth.
