• →Conduct audits, quality assessments, and evaluations of materials, processes, and techniques used in production.
• →Monitor health and performance indicators for product quality and reliability, identifying optimization opportunities for cost, ramp, and volume efforts.
• →Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and proactive quality programs to foster a quality-focused mindset in factory operations.
• →Represent the quality and reliability function in engineering and product development forums, making recommendations to enhance system, process, and product reliability.
• →Manage excursions, conduct risk assessments, and disposition discrepant materials through data-driven approaches such as statistical analysis and machine learning.
• →Implement systems for early detection and containment of excursions, ensuring rapid responses to potential quality issues.
• →Address customer-reported manufacturing concerns, providing engineering solutions that improve product quality and customer experience.

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering relevant field with 0-1 years of hands-on experience in quality or reliability engineering, demonstrated through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and data-driven decision-making methods, including machine learning for structured and unstructured data.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and inspection/testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of risk assessment practices, excursion management, and supplier auditing techniques.
