The Facilities Development Engineer role is part of the FCO FOK Tool Design team within this group, focusing on designing and implementing structural solutions tailored to Intel's advanced tool installations. This team supports Intel's broader mission by enabling seamless manufacturing operations through robust facilities infrastructure design.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the development of steel pedestal structures for permanent fab foundations supporting 300MM manufacturing tools.
- Utilize CAD modeling tools, such as Revit or AutoCAD, to create and refine structural layouts in compliance with US building codes such as ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC.
- Pilot and refine innovative construction practices by designing, executing, and analyzing engineering experiments.
- Collaborate with suppliers to qualify and improve facilities equipment and systems aligned with manufacturing requirements.
- Develop and maintain Intel Master Design Specifications (IMDS) and operations documentation for facilities infrastructure.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and global supply chain teams to facilitate smooth technology transfers and equipment startup processes.
- Perform operational analysis to optimize efficiency, energy use, and safety protocols within facilities infrastructure.
