Mobile Developer (BLE, Flutter / iOS / Android)

Right now, we're looking for a Mobile Developer with strong Bluetooth Low Energy experience to join us long-term. Whether your background is in Flutter, native iOS, Android, or a combination, we’re open, as long as you know how to make apps talk to devices.

We’re a remote-first, senior team that thrives in a hackathon-style environment: short feedback loops, real ownership, and direct impact. We like working with people who are proactive, communicative, and comfortable in fast-moving settings. If you enjoy debugging edge cases in device communication, collaborating with firmware and backend engineers, and building real things that go into the world, you’ll feel at home here.

Our next project in this area is kicking off in January/February, so we’re starting the search now to bring the right person on board in time. Core hours of the team between 10:00 and 18:00 CET, with some client meetings scheduled up to 20:00 CET (approx. 2 per week).

You’ll join one of our cross-functional teams working on connected products – think wearables, smart sensors, or health tech devices. Your main focus will be BLE-based mobile development either in Flutter, iOS, Android, or a mix.

• take ownership of the mobile part of the project,

• work closely with firmware and backend engineers,

• design and implement BLE communication flows,

• debug real-world device interactions,

• contribute to architecture and technical decisions,

• communicate directly with the client (you won’t be hidden behind layers of management).

• 5+ years of experience as a Mobile Developer

• Strong hands-on experience with BLE communication

• Proficiency in Flutter and at least one native platform (iOS – Swift or Android – Kotlin)

• Experience working with connected products, including device pairing and real-time data streaming

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Comfortable working in short sprints (1–2 weeks) in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills with both teammates and clients

• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher

• Focus on product quality and user experience

• Experience working with firmware teams

• Exposure to medical devices or regulated environments

• Knowledge of testing strategies for BLE flows

• Experience with OTA updates or provisioning flows
