Responsibilities

→Technical degree or university qualification, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, Naval, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
→Proven experience in Construction Management / Yard Management roles, preferably within industrial, offshore, naval, Oil & Gas or similar projects.
→Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary supervision teams and coordinating different technical disciplines.
→Previous experience supervising fabrication and construction activities in a shipyard or industrial yard environment.
→Strong knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, planning, progress control and change management.
→Experience with welding activities, NDT, dimensional control and non-conformance management.
→Experience in load-out and module transportation operations will be considered an advantage.
→Strong ability to act as an interface between the client, engineering teams, contractors and project management.
→Excellent leadership, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
→Professional level of English.
→Willingness to work in a shipyard environment and travel when required by the project.
