We’re on the lookout for a Lead Project Engineer for IDE’s Communication/Network solutions, who’s not just a talented engineer but a detail-oriented individual with the passion for making things happen. You will collaborate closely with project management, engineering teams, and customers to ensure the efficient execution of tactical Communication/Network solutions.

• →Coordination/communication between the design and installation/testing teams.
• →Perform site surveys, including preparation of site survey reports, to adapt the solution to site constraints.
• →Coordination and scheduling of installation and testing works in accordance with the design (ensuring that the installation matches the approved design).
• →Resolve technical issues and provide design clarifications.
• →Management of incoming materials and arrangement for the delivery of associated materials to each site/per shift.
• →Shift management (box plan): plan which team will attend each site, on which date, and with which tools/equipment.

Required:

• 5-year Diploma/Integrated Masters in Electrical & Computer Engineering (with Major in Communications preferably) or University Degree with a MSc in related field.
• Experience in design, implementation & field deployment of communications infrastructure projects.

Desired:

• Experience in design, development, integration, testing and verification of communication systems (classified at different security levels).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to take initiative and motivation to drive results.
• Very good planning and time-management skills.
• High sense of accountability and great ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
