We are looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Project Administration Stream Lead to join our Financial Incentives Team. You will lead the administration of the TUI Invest LT+ project portfolio, a financial incentive program for foreign-owned companies established in Lithuania that create jobs and/or invest in manufacturing.
Working closely with the Team Lead and Project Managers, you will take ownership of portfolio-level planning, delivery, risk management, and continuous process improvement. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient administration, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to the successful implementation of a strategically important investment support measure.
- Lead the administration of the portfolio of financial incentive projects.
- Plan a quarterly and annual budget for the portfolio projects.
- Guide and support Project Managers in administering financial incentive projects.
- Coordinate the administration of reporting and payment claims for projects in implementation and post-project monitoring.
- Oversee high-risk projects, identify issues early, and coordinate timely solutions with the Team Lead, Project Managers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor portfolio performance, communicate progress clearly and keep the team focused on quarterly, half-year and annual project administration targets.
- Significantly contribute to improving administration and reporting processes for clients.
- Higher education, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management.
- 4-5+ years of experience in project administration, consulting, or a related field.
- Experience leading a team, project team, or a task force.
- Solid understanding of administration and implementation requirements of projects funded by the EU or national budget.
- Strong business, client and results orientation, with the ability to balance compliance requirements and efficient delivery.
- Proven organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to manage a sizeable portfolio, priorities, budgets, and risks.
- Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to work with company executives, public institutions, and internal stakeholders.
- Professional fluency in English at C1 level.
- The ability to work effectively in an evolving environment, make sound decisions, and turn unclear situations into practical next steps.
- Hands-on experience with funds, structural funds or the administration of comparable support measures.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with portfolio-level data and reporting.
