Responsibilities

→At least 5 years of working experience in QMS or DQA/DQE role related work and demonstrated leadership responsibilities in a production environment, engineering background is a must.
→ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 Quality Management System, and Design Quality experience is essential and must be familiar with Electronic and/or Electrical product manufacture process.
→Experience on RoHS/REACH/WEEE/PPW and global Green Product regulations/legislations management and study.
→Good knowledge in statistical tools and software such as SPC, DOE, Taguchi, FMEA and Microsoft suite. Strong knowledge in Six Sigma concept is an advantage.
→Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
→Must demonstrate the ability to work well with people, internally and externally. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and a proactive and self-motivated working attitude. Result orientation in tasks assignment with aggressive attitude.

Requirements

Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering or equivalent education and training.
Fluent communicator in the English language (speaking, reading, writing).
