10+ years development experience with backend technologies, including experience with modern backend architecture (i.e. microservices, etc.)
Significant development experience with C# and .NET.
Experience building and deploying solutions on cloud services (Azure preferred)
Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable, distributed applications using independent services, focusing on APIs, containers, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and CI/CD.
Hands-on experience contributing to AI/ML-enabled products, such as integrating ML models or AI services into production backend systems (e.g., APIs, pipelines, inference services).
Experience collaborating with ML/AI specialists to translate models into scalable, reliable backend solutions (deployment, monitoring, performance, data flow).
Team Leadership and management experience
Fast learner with a can-do attitude and exceptional problem-solving abilities
Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable working collaboratively on remote projects
English skills (ability to effectively communicate via written and spoken English)
A degree in computer science (or equivalent)

Experience in a client-facing role managing and delivering software engineering projects
Experience architecting solutions on modern backend platforms
Experience with relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
Strong understanding of DevOps concepts/process and CI/CD tools
Understanding of React.js and its core principles.
