Responsibilities

→Lead and schedule engineering teams to deliver high-quality HVAC solutions
→Develop and implement processes that ensure cost-effective, consistent project execution
→Serve as the regional expert in HVAC application engineering
→Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
→Provide technical support, cost estimates, and drive continuous improvement
→Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and architects
→Hire, mentor, and grow your team through performance coaching and career development

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred)
5+ years of HVAC application engineering experience
Proven leadership in supervising technical teams
Strong construction industry background
Master’s degree or PE license is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
