Responsibilities

  • →Provide Technical Security Engineering support on client site.
  • →Be able to diagnose technical security equipment faults against the contractual SLA’s
  • →Undertake PPM and provide evidence against agreed timescales.
  • →Request assistance as required for additional vendor Technical Support.
  • →Order and arrange timely delivery of critical spares relating to service calls.
  • →The ability to produce a high standard of report writing and documentation
  • →Maintain central archive of site documentation and asset register information.
  • →Collate management information for monthly and weekly meetings and reports.
  • →Maintain and update records for PPM Schedules.
  • →Request the issue of Risk Assessments and Method Statements from the internal team H&S Manager and or Account Manager.
  • →Provide assistance and Information as required for BAU quotations.
  • →Oversee and supervise third party contractors providing services on the client sites

  • Provide excellent Customer Service to exceed the expectations and requirements of the customer whilst, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.

  • To Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
  • Ensuring your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly.
  • Correctly complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates or checklist as appropriate.
  • Must have detailed technical experience with installing, maintaining and commissioning C-Cure 9000 and be trained to level 3.
  • Must have experience installing, maintaining and commissioning CCTV systems and servers, preferably Avigilon.
  • Must have experience with installing, maintaining and commissioning Honeywell Galaxy intruder equipment.
  • A working knowledge of industry standard security equipment and systems including turnstiles, speed lanes, intercom systems, perimeter detection and radio systems.
  • Have experience with undertaking planned preventative maintenance and project works on technical security systems.
  • Have a good working knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, IT systems and patching.
  • Be available to work a shift pattern, which will include either 07.00 – 15.00 or 08.00 – 16.00
