JiBe is a cloud-based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency, and safety levels while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows, and reducing the usage of email and paper.

• →Responsible for Scrum Team for different modules of the product.

• →Work with teams, Stakeholders, other Scrum Masters, and leaders to foster a culture that supports respect, focus, courage, openness, and commitment.

• →Define and lead an agile vision and strategy that improves as our company advances in our agile understanding.

• →Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.

• →Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.

• →Serve the organisation and product management to better achieve their goals by applying empirical process control.

Service to team:

• →Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.

• →Coach the team in self-management and cross-functionality.

• →Help the team establish practices that enhance quality, lowers technical debt, and increase product value.

• 3+ years prior experience as a scrum master

• At least one year of experience working intensively with Microsoft DevOps

• Experience in developing mission critical products.

• Ability to work with and lead a team.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.

• Product processes expertise: Scrum, Cloud CI/CD, testing & testing automation.

• Large scale business-logic and dependencies.

• Achieving management and team members buy-in for Agile / improvements.

• Managing scope changes.

• Azure DevOps, AWS, SQL Server, Power BI, CI/CD

• C# - advantage

• Angular - advantage
