Tech Lead Software Engineer – Backend

JiBe is a cloud based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency and safety levels, while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows and reducing the usage of email and paper.

• →Become the technical focal point for the development efforts of an agile team alongside hands on development and design.

• →Work as part of a team to ensure successful task deliveries and provide solutions for business needs.

• →Provide technical leadership by coaching and mentoring team members.

• →Verify and maintain a high level of development and delivery standards for your team as defined by the organizations policies

A person cannot be an expert on everything, but if you have experience with one or more of the following, it can be an advantage for you and your team:

• A minimum of 2 years experience working with NoSQL databases.

• Hands-on experience with AWS and its services.

• Comfortable working with Windows and Linux as production environments.

• Experience with agile methodologies.

• Practical experience with one or more of the following: performance analysis and optimizations, application security, data streaming and additional cloud platforms.
