EHS Specialist

• →Develop and implement environmental health and safety policies and procedures
• →Conduct comprehensive site audits and inspections, focusing on high-risk areas including Electrical Safety, Fall Protection, and Confined Space.
• →Provide training on environmental health and safety topics to employees
• →Lead investigations for any near-misses or accidents, identifying root causes and implementing robust corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• →Maintain and analyze HSSE metrics, providing actionable insights to account leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• →Work with management to identify and mitigate environmental health and safety risks
• →Ensure the account stays 100% compliant with all environmental health and safety regulations and JLL Global Standards.
• →Act as a champion for JLL’s Global Safety Week and year-round safety initiatives, fostering high engagement through creative training and communication.

• Bachelor degree in environmental science, occupational safety and health, or a related field, or experience commensurate with the role.
• Certification preferred: CHST, ASP, CSP, CIH
• 3-5 years of experience in environmental health and safety. Preferably within Facilities Management or similar field industry.
• Strong understanding of environmental health and safety regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and HSSE management software.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
