Project Manager Facilities (Life Sciences)

Wil je projecten leiden die er echt toe doen? Denk aan moderne laboratoria, cleanrooms en werkplekken waar wetenschappers dagelijks aan doorbraken werken. Als Projectmanager bij JLL sta je centraal in complexe verbouwingen en verhuizingen binnen life sciences-bedrijven. Jij zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt, veilig blijft en voldoet aan alle regelgeving.

• Minimaal 5 jaar projectmanagement-ervaring in facilities, vastgoed of vergelijkbaar
• 3+ jaar werkervaring in life sciences-, farmaceutische of biotech-omgevingen
• Je kent de wereld van gereguleerde omgevingen: cGMP, biosafety levels, labveiligheid
• Je bent handig met projecttools (MS Project, Smartsheet) en cijfers
• Een PMP-certificering of vergelijkbaar is een pré

Je communiceert helder met iedereen—of je nu praat met een wetenschapper of een CFO. Je lost problemen creatief op en blijft rustig als er onverwachte zaken gebeuren. Meerdere projecten tegelijk draaien? Geen probleem. Je krijgt mensen mee zonder hun leidinggevende te zijn, en je behoudt overzicht waar anderen het verliezen.

Een gevarieerde rol waarin geen twee dagen hetzelfde zijn. Je werkt op verschillende locaties bij toonaangevende life sciences-bedrijven in Nederland. Hybride werken kan ook—voor werk dat niet on-site hoeft, beslis jij waar je het beste werkt.

En het allerbelangrijkste: zinvol werk. Jij zorgt dat onderzoekers en wetenschappers in optimale omstandigheden kunnen werken aan oplossingen die levens veranderen. Van nieuwe medicijnen tot innovatieve therapieën—jouw projecten maken het mogelijk.
