Shift Leader Engineer

• →Lead shift operations team and coordinate all shift activities
• →Monitor critical systems and environmental parameters continuously
• →Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies during shift
• →Execute preventive maintenance tasks as per schedule
• →Conduct shift handovers and briefings
• →Make operational decisions within delegated authority
• →Coordinate with NOC and clients on operational matters
• →Document all shift activities, incidents, and maintenance work
• →Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety procedures
• →Supervise contractor work during shifts
• →Escalate critical issues to Technical Manager and Facility Manager
• →Maintain shift logs and prepare shift reports
• →Participate in on-call rotation for emergency support

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Diploma with substantial relevant experience considered

• Minimum 5 years in facility operations with at least 2 years in supervisory role
• Experience in 24/7 shift operations environment required
• Data center or mission-critical facility experience strongly preferred

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Crisis management and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)

• Certified Data Centre Specialist (CDCS)
• First Aid and Emergency Response training

• Fluent in Thai and English
