The Jamaica Automobile Association (JAA) is seeking a highly results driven OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR who will lead the Transportation and Logistics Division The role ensures smooth fleet operations, compliance with regulatory standards and excellent customer service pertaining to roadside assistance and other services. Job Category – SUPERVISORY Contract - PERMANENT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES o Leads and develops a team of drivers and custodians through coaching, training and performance management o Manages daily customer service operations including chauffeur services, airport transfers and shuttle scheduling o Handles daily calls and email correspondence in a professional manner o Ensures compliance with safety in adherence to legal and regulatory standards and conducts on road supervision and monitors for unsafe practices o Designs and implements effective logistics plans, schedules and coordinates vehicles for efficiency o Manages fleet maintenance, repairs, valuations and risk assessments o Coordinates lease services such as vehicle documentation, fitness fees and renewals o Handles administrative duties including time and attendance, storeroom management and daily monitors security personnel o Pursues professional development opportunities to enhance skills and organizational growth REQUIREMENTS · Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline · At least two years’ experience in a similar capacity · Certificate in Supervisory Management would be a distinct advantage · Willingness to work flexible hours as required Ø Strong communication and organizational skills Ø Customer and Marketing focus mindset Ø Excellent analytical thinking and team leadership skills Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite APPLICATIONS CLOSING DATE: August 7, 2026
