As a Fullstack Engineer, you will work across frontend and backend development, creating intuitive interfaces, robust APIs, and integrations that connect AI workflows with enterprise systems. You will collaborate with AI Engineers, Platform Engineers, Solution Architects, and client teams to deliver secure, scalable, production-ready solutions. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical ownership, agile delivery, and rapid prototyping. You will also contribute to reusable tools and frameworks that improve development efficiency across consulting teams. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates across Canada, with travel as needed.

You will take ownership of full-stack development initiatives, translating business requirements into reliable applications and supporting solutions from initial concept through production deployment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading sprint activities, including planning, defining clear Definition of Ready and Definition of Done criteria, coordinating with business and product owners, conducting demos, and managing production handoffs.

  • Designing and building full-stack applications that support AI and analytics solutions.

  • Developing reusable tools, frameworks, and components that improve solution delivery across consulting teams.

  • Building intuitive frontend interfaces using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, or comparable technologies.

  • Developing robust backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

  • Implementing secure authentication, data management, and system integrations across cloud environments, including Azure and AWS.

  • Ensuring seamless frontend and backend integration and delivering complete, production-ready features.

  • Applying DevOps and CI/CD practices to support deployment, monitoring, testing, and application maintainability.

  • Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand workflows, clarify requirements, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

  • Rapidly prototyping, testing, and refining solutions with cross-functional teams.

  • Taking independent ownership of technical initiatives and driving implementation in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
