CEO / Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

We are seeking an entrepreneurial executive to lead the launch and international growth of an innovative crypto-fiat digital banking venture. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a fintech business backed by experienced technology entrepreneurs and investors. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution, covering business development, market positioning, revenue generation, and customer acquisition. You will shape the business model, establish strategic partnerships, and build a high-performing commercial organization. Working closely with product and technology leaders, you will help bring an established technological foundation to market. The ideal candidate is a commercially driven leader ready to take ownership and build a successful international business from the ground up.

We are looking for an experienced commercial executive with a strong background in crypto, fintech, digital banking, or payment solutions, combined with the ambition and ability to build a business from the ground up. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven senior leadership experience in crypto banking, crypto-fiat fintech, digital asset payments, or crypto-enabled neobanking.

• A successful track record of launching, building, or significantly scaling a fintech business, product, or commercial operation.

• Strong expertise in commercial strategy, business development, growth management, and customer acquisition.

• Practical knowledge of performance marketing, customer acquisition channels, and growth economics.

• Solid understanding of P&L management, unit economics, revenue models, and profitability drivers.

• An established professional network within the cryptocurrency, fintech, payments, or digital banking ecosystem.

• Experience building, managing, and developing teams in dynamic, fast-growing environments.

• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to identify opportunities, make independent decisions, and deliver measurable results.

• Excellent execution skills, a hands-on leadership style, and the ability to operate effectively without relying on extensive corporate structures.

• A strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to take ownership, move quickly, and build a successful business from its early stages.

• Previous experience as a CEO is welcome, but accomplished Chief Commercial Officers and senior commercial leaders ready to step into broader executive responsibilities are also encouraged to apply.
