Media Buyer

We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for residential roofing and HVAC businesses across the United States and Canada.
In this fully remote role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of client advertising accounts, managing campaigns from initial setup through ongoing performance optimization.
Your primary objective will be to maximize qualified appointments while maintaining efficient acquisition costs.
You will work hands-on with Meta Ads, GoHighLevel, conversion tracking, landing pages, and marketing automations to deliver measurable results.
Using performance data, you will identify bottlenecks, make strategic adjustments, and coordinate creative improvements to strengthen campaign effectiveness.
You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, creative specialists, and internal calling teams to ensure a smooth lead-generation process.
As you demonstrate strong performance and account ownership, you will have the opportunity to manage an expanding portfolio of up to 30–50 client accounts.

• Experience with Zapier and marketing automation integrations.

• Familiarity with Canva or similar creative tools.

• Previous experience working with roofing, HVAC, or other home services businesses.

• Strong proficiency with Claude AI or comparable AI tools.
