Quick Summary

Overview

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Solutions Architect,

Technical Tools
EngineeringSoftware Architect

The Staff Solutions Architect will serve as a leading technical authority for a specialized product domain, helping enterprise customers navigate complex technical decisions and achieve successful outcomes. This fully remote role combines deep technical expertise, customer-facing architecture, and strategic collaboration across Sales, Product, and Engineering. You will guide high-priority opportunities, lead technical evaluations, and demonstrate how advanced DevSecOps and AI capabilities address customer needs. You will also translate real-world customer feedback into product improvements while strengthening the technical expertise of the wider solutions architecture organization. Through reusable architectures, demonstrations, and enablement resources, you will help teams scale their impact and deliver consistent results. This is an opportunity to influence product strategy, accelerate AI adoption, and support secure, efficient software development at enterprise scale.

  • Serve as the technical authority for a designated product group across high-priority and complex enterprise opportunities, guiding customers from discovery and architecture design through trials and Proof of Value (PoV) evaluations.

  • Lead technical deep dives, workshops, and executive briefings that connect product capabilities to business outcomes and clearly differentiate solutions from competing technologies.

  • Develop and improve standardized PoV templates, product-specific evaluation content, and measurable success criteria while ensuring evaluations align with the broader platform strategy.

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing on product launches by developing demonstrations, technical presentations, sales talk tracks, and customer success stories.

  • Act as an escalation point for Account Solutions Architects and Post-Sales Solutions Architects on complex technical questions, integrations, product capabilities, and competitive objections.

  • Coordinate successful transitions from pre-sales to post-sales teams by communicating PoV success criteria, architecture decisions, and implementation requirements.

  • Remain engaged after a sale until the customer's first production workload is running, providing additional support for complex accounts when needed to accelerate adoption and consumption.

  • Gather and communicate structured customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and technical requirements to Product Management and Engineering to influence product roadmaps and development priorities.

  • Support early-access initiatives and design-partner programs, and represent the organization at customer events, industry conferences, working groups, and through published technical content.

  • Create reusable reference architectures, demonstration environments, competitive battlecards, PoV playbooks, and enablement materials that help account teams manage opportunities independently.

  • Mentor Account Solutions Architects, strengthen their confidence and technical capabilities, and contribute to a global subject matter expert community.

  • Monitor performance through technical win rates, bookings on supported opportunities, product-category targets, consumption growth, PoV conversion rates, evaluation timelines, production adoption, and the reuse and effectiveness of enablement assets.

  • Champion AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, and practical AI applications that improve software development productivity and customer outcomes.
