Program Manager, Digital

A strong candidate will demonstrate the following:

• →Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or a related field.
• →3+ years of professional experience in program management, business operations, product operations, healthcare operations, project management, or a related field.
• →Demonstrated ability to independently manage programs, processes, or operational workstreams and drive work from planning through execution.
• →Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• →Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify operational gaps, develop practical solutions, and drive issues through resolution.
• →Comfort working with data and reporting to evaluate program performance, identify trends, and inform operational decisions.
• →Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and patients.
• →Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to proactively identify what needs attention and drive work forward.
• →Comfort working with technology and helping others navigate technical issues when needed.
• →Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities, programs, and processes continue to evolve.
• →Experience in healthcare, digital health, healthcare technology, or technology-enabled services is preferred.
