HVAC Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Technicians for projects located in or around Niles, MI.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to 45/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are an HVAC Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

• Install air conditioning systems from start to finish
• Install furnaces and related HVAC equipment
• Perform field fabrication as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
• Install HVAC controls and associated components
• Complete ductwork and system connections
• Perform equipment startup and verify proper system operation
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure quality workmanship
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
