Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Modular Home Builders for projects located in or around Wikes-Barre, PA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Carpenter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

• Complete stitch work by joining walls, floors, and roof lines where modules meet
• Raise hinged roofs, install ridge beams, and complete gable ends
• Frame site-built additions including porches, decks, garages, and breezeways
• Patch, tape, and texture drywall at marriage lines and mating walls
• Install and match baseboards, crown molding, casing, and interior doors across seams
• Adjust cabinetry, countertops, and hardware that may have shifted during transport
• Install roof underlayment, flashing, shingles, and metal roofing across module seams
• Wrap connections in housewrap and blend vinyl, wood, or fiber cement siding
• Install exterior trim, soffits, fascia, and gutters
• Inspect windows and doors for proper operation and alignment
• Verify insulation continuity in attics and crawlspaces
• Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure code compliance and a turnkey finished product

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and punctual
