Shop Roofer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Shop Roofers for projects located in or around Scranton, PA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Roofer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

• Install final roof coverings 
• Install asphalt shingles, standing seam metal panels, and EPDM/TPO roofing systems
• Install drip edges, valley linings, step flashing, and chimney/vent boots
• Ensure roofing systems are properly sealed and weather-resistant
• Follow installation specifications and quality standards
• Work safely and efficiently in a shop environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Previous roofing experience preferred
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Experience with asphalt shingles, metal roofing, or low-slope roofing systems is a plus
• Knowledge of flashing installation and leak prevention methods
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship
