Responsibilities

→Execute inventory audit programs: Design and execute daily cycle count programs, wall-to-wall stock counts, and periodic inventory audits across all warehouse locations.
→Investigate stock variances: Analyze root causes of inventory discrepancies, stock losses, and shrinkage, implementing preventative corrective action plans.
→Stock aging & capacity planning: Oversee inventory aging management, product slotting, putaway strategies, and storage capacity optimization.
→Inventory disposition: Partner with Commercial, Inbound, and Outbound teams to manage slow-moving, expired, or damaged inventory disposal and liquidation processes.
→Process compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal audit guidelines.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Finance.
Experience: 4+ years of inventory control and warehouse management experience within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG.
Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP tools, and data analytics (Excel, SQL is a plus).
Track Record: Proven track record of maintaining high inventory accuracy (>99%) and managing shrinkage controls.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and team management capabilities.
