LCV EUCOM Poland: Heavy Truck Driver

As a Heavy Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role on our program by operating company vehicles with precision and care, transporting various loads of equipment and materials.

• →Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from designated work locations, ensuring they reach their destinations safely and on time.
• →Conduct routine vehicle inspections and adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.
• →Maintain safe and efficient transportation.
• →Receive assignments, instructions, and directions from the Foreman or General Foreman.
• →Plan work activities based on written instructions.
• →Operate company vehicles with a capacity of up to 30 tons, including both straight and combination trucks.
• →Load and unload vehicles, properly securing loads using chains, binders, and straps.
• →Maneuver tractor-trailer into loading or unloading positions following signals from others.
• →Couple and uncouple trailers, connect or disconnect air and electrical lines and manipulate fifth-wheel locks.
• →Follow all safety rules and procedures, including wearing the required personal safety equipment.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.
