KBR provides Contingency Base Operations, Stabilization, and Infrastructure support services under Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain, UAE, Oman, and related task orders.
KBR is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components to meet operational requirements. The role will be responsible for ensuring systems are safe, reliable, and compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company policies through the development of designs, including power distribution systems, control systems, and instrumentation.
Responsibilities

Design and analyze electrical systems and components.

Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation to support project execution and system installation.

Perform load calculations, system studies, and technical evaluations to implement corrective action as necessary/

Conduct testing and evaluation to identify issues, perform troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend solutions to improve performance and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, maintenance, and project management to support project delivery, system integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout all phases of design, installation, and operation.

Support commissioning, start-up, and ongoing maintenance activities as required.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Relevant experience in electrical design, systems engineering, or project execution.
Knowledge of electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC) and safety practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
