Responsibilities

→Lead development teams in the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of modern software solutions.
→Define and maintain software architecture standards and best practices.
→Lead AI/ML, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives.
→Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews while enforcing software quality standards.
→Mentor software engineers and provide technical guidance across programs.
→Support hiring activities including interviewing, candidate selection, onboarding, and workforce development.
→Partner with leadership to develop and execute software strategy and technology roadmaps.
→Collaborate with customers, program managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver mission-focused software capabilities.

Location: Remote, Willing to travel 1-3 times per quarter
Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
Working Hours: Standard

Requirements

Experience as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Startup company experience
AWS and AWS GovCloud expertise
Kubernetes experience
Knowledge of FedRAMP and NIST frameworks
Active Secret security clearance
Experience supporting DoD or federal government customers
