This is a consultancy mission at the client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be embedded in the client's CoE Security ‘Strategy and Delivery’ team, focusing on cyber security strategy and project management. You will carry out all responsibilities under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, bringing our values and expertise to every engagement.


Responsibilities

  • Define the cyber security initiative strategy and translate it into a prioritized portfolio (projects, enhancements, studies).
  • Oversee purpose, value, status, and cross-dependencies of all portfolio items to ensure collective achievement of business outcomes.
  • Act as a strategy/initiative owner and drive the day-to-day delivery of the roadmap, ensuring impediments are efficiently resolved.
  • Engage diverse stakeholders (contributors and management) to co-develop strategy, roadmaps, and key actions.
  • Deliver bank-wide roadmaps and investment priorities, requiring strong communication with middle/senior management across all functions.
  • Develop high-level term roadmaps and detailed short/medium-term roadmaps with priority actions and budgets for execution.
  • Collaborate with Group to roll out standard solutions, balancing business and cyber security needs.
  • Direct all phases of cyber security initiatives (inception to completion): prioritize workstreams, set milestones, ensure adherence to master plans, and mitigate risks/issues.
  • Proactively identify risks based on project/capability dependencies and autonomously resolve impediments.
  • Challenge and steer roadmaps with technical understanding and strategic oversight.
  • Regularly interact with senior/executive management on cross-functional topics.
  • Aggregate stakeholder input into concise, high-quality deliverables (e.g., memos, presentations) for Sr. Management/ExCo, supported by a communication kit.
  • Support Team Leads in creating ExCo-level reporting.
  • Ensure initiatives align with Group standards, regulations, and bank requirements.
  • Contribute to policy/procedure improvements (e.g., data security frameworks) in collaboration with relevant teams.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (mandatory).
  • Certifications (mandatory): Project management (e.g., PRINCE2, ITIL), Change management (e.g., ADKAR).
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISA, CRISC.
  • Fluent in French (mandatory for Group communication), Dutch, and English.
  • 10+ years managing multiple IT/security projects/programs.
  • Mandatory experience: Information security governance, analytical skills (break down complex issues, deductive reasoning, evidence-based conclusions).
  • Preferred experience: IT transformation projects (e.g., large-scale security/technology initiatives), financial services industry experience, agile methodology (maturity/quality transformation).
  • Strong understanding of information security governance (e.g., frameworks, risk management).
  • Leadership: Drive success across disciplines; thrive in complex, dynamic environments.
  • Relationship Management: Build trust with security teams/stakeholders; early risk/issue identification.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal/written skills (tailored to executives, technicians, Sr. Management), strong presentation skills (ExCo-level).
  • Problem-Solving: Autonomous, proactive, resilient (solution-oriented), analytical synthesis (factual, results-driven).
  • Accountability: Own delivery initiatives/portfolios; executive presence.
