- Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for all data-related queries within the tribe and collaborate with the Data COE, Legal and IT teams to resolve data issues.
- New Initiatives and Projects: Validate that Data-by-Design features are embedded in new projects, including DPIA for high-risk processing; data transfers covering encryption and CFT/MQ compliance; personal data usage covering consent, retention and cleanup; data inventories, dictionaries and quality controls; EUC risk assessments; and API governance, including ISO20022 compliance.
- Participate in release Go/No-Go decisions and ensure data risks are addressed.
- Collaboration with Architects and IT: Align APIs, data models and terminology with Group standards, including EDM and API@Scale, and attend steering committees to represent data governance requirements.
- Collaboration with Data Group and DHF: Participate in requirement reviews and Arbitration Committees per platform and in DHF Group Governance as both end user and source provider.

- Data Managers' Guild: Attend monthly Guild meetings and contribute to working groups.
- Ad-Hoc Requests: Support the Data COE, including updates to Business Terms and Third-Party data in Wikidata.
- Agile and AWOW Frameworks: Act as SPOC for Data Processes in Agile squads, including the DAM referential, and ensure data impacts such as database changes and new transfers are discussed during release planning.
- Report to tribe leadership and the CDO via the Guild.

- Technical Skills: Knowledge of data governance frameworks including GDPR, BCBS 239 and KYD; data lineage, dictionaries and quality metrics; Risk and Finance reporting processes; API governance including ISO20022 and Swagger; and tools and frameworks including Wikidata, EDM and Agile/AWOW.
