Digital Workplace Project Manager

Keystone Solutions is engaged in a consultancy mission at a client site, seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Project Manager to support digital workplace initiatives that enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and experience through the effective use of technology.

• →Drive the Digital Workplace roadmap by translating business requirements into effective and scalable workplace solutions.
• →Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, scope, objectives, success criteria, and key deliverables.
• →Ensure consistency and compliance with IT governance frameworks and the IT landscape, including security, data privacy, regulatory requirements, and lifecycle management processes for digital workplace tools and platforms.
• →Drive coordination and oversight of cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, vendors, service providers, and consulting partners.
• →Oversee project execution by managing progress, risks, dependencies, quality, deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution, while providing regular updates to senior management.
• →Evaluate solutions, technologies, and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement and business value.
• →Develop and execute change management and user adoption strategies to maximize the value and impact of digital workplace solutions.
• →Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including adoption, platform usage, user satisfaction, and business value realization.
• →Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure business needs are translated into effective solutions and successful outcomes.
• →Promote best practices and innovative ways of working, with a strong focus on employee experience, usability, efficiency, and productivity.

• Extensive experience in project and program management, applying Agile, PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and change management skills.
• Broad understanding of digital workplace technologies, collaboration platforms, and modern digital ways of working.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and leadership capabilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced, and matrix organizational environments.
