Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect for a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions. This role is essential for the establishment of a centralized data layer aimed at professionalizing data exchange between various internal applications and external sources.

• →Compile an inventory of applications developed with Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, AD, Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate) and other applications involved in data exchange.
• →Describe all data flows within the agency, including those with external parties (Crossroads Social Security, Civil Registry, partners, etc.).
• →Propose a targeted solution to create a centralized data layer that facilitates data exchange between applications.
• →Generate reports based on consolidated databases by cross-referencing available data.
• →Optimize the agency's participation in the eMigration program by simplifying data flows and centralizing exchanged data.
• →Establish a business architecture to ensure the link between application and data layers at both tactical and strategic levels.
• →Inventory and analyze the current (AS IS) and future (TO BE) application landscape.
• →Map (AS IS and TO BE) relationships and connections between applications and data flows, proposing optimizations via the Centralized Data Layer.
• →Analyze current documentation and develop an action plan to elevate it to the required level.
• →Identify synergies and gaps within the existing architecture and map potential optimizations with the eMigration program.
