Furniture Management Manager

Join Keystone Solutions as a consultant in the Facilities Management department, where you will work on-site at a client location. This consultancy mission involves managing and coordinating furniture management projects for a governmental organization, focusing on structured, sustainable, and future-oriented management of furniture assets.

• →Analyze the current operations of furniture management, stock management, and warehouse management.
• →Optimize the existing inventory tool for furniture in office buildings, ensuring effective tracking and reporting.
• →Evaluate the current state of the warehouse and propose improvements for organization and efficiency.
• →Develop a future-oriented stock management proposal based on sustainable furniture practices.
• →Investigate the role of the Facilities Management department as a central platform for furniture management within the governmental organization.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in project-based work, process analysis, logistics, and furniture inventory management. Affinity with furniture, circular management, reuse, and sustainable organizational processes is a clear advantage.
