As a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions, you will be part of a dynamic project team focused on supporting the coordination of activities for a new platform rollout (SAP4I with Salesforce integration). Your role will ensure that all business teams impacted by this change are fully prepared and engaged.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including another OCM Manager, project sponsors, and department heads. Your responsibilities will include:

→Coordinating the preparation for the rollout of a new platform and organizational model with different business departments and project leads.
→Facilitating sessions on alignment of processes, procedures, organization, and roles.
→Executing the change plan, which includes:

→Organizing and facilitating kick-off sessions.
→Creating and managing internal communication.
→Leading the change agent network.
→Gathering feedback through internal surveys and translating this into actionable plans.
→Organizing training for all impacted internal users.
→Arranging demo sessions and preparing trainers for training.
→Ensuring support mechanisms are set up for post Go-Live support.
→Producing and maintaining accurate project schedules.
→Preparing monthly progress reports.
→Coordinating with key Project Managers to align Go-Live planning and manage risks and dependencies.

3+ years of proven experience in leading projects/change management in an international environment.
Team player with a straightforward, hands-on mentality.
Strong communication and motivation skills.
Cultural awareness and experience working across different teams, cultures, and nationalities.
Fluent in English; good working knowledge of Dutch/French is an asset.
Certification in Project Management and Change Management Methodology.
Good understanding of business processes, technology landscape, new technologies, and industry standards.
Experience using Prosci methodology; certification preferred.
SAP4I integration or rollout experience is considered an advantage.
Experience in the Insurance or Finance sector is preferred.
