Operations Officer Consultant

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an Operations Officer within the Client Service Center. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

• →Ensure the processing of fraud-related complaints with accuracy and within reasonable timeframes, balancing client satisfaction and business interests.
• →Thoroughly analyze complaints and gather all supporting evidence.
• →Provide customers with comprehensive and appropriate responses.
• →Act as a point of contact for both internal and external clients.
• →Guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction.

• All responsibilities are performed under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy framework, offering you the opportunity to work on-site and remotely (50% on-site & 50% homeworking) in a dynamic client environment.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
• Good expertise in MS Office and familiarity with various IT tools.
• Proficiency in tools such as TPX and Herodote is a significant advantage.
• Working knowledge of banking products such as accounts, cards, and banking applications.
• Strong interest in finance and banking products; prior experience in a complaints department and/or bank branch is an advantage.
• Experience in fraud is a plus.

• Fluency in Dutch if French is native, or fluency in French if Dutch is native.
• Basic knowledge of English.
