The Program Manager Business - Cards role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to deliver expertise and drive transformation projects for our client in Brussels.

Responsibilities

→Play a key role in the development and management of program plans.
→Responsible for program governance and stakeholder management, including relations and cooperation with group-level stakeholders and suppliers.
→Assist and lead program boards or steering committees.
→Monitor and report on program progress.
→Conduct risk assessment and issue management.
→Manage capacity planning and resource allocation.
→Oversee program delivery management.
→Handle financial management, including budget and business case preparation.

Requirements

Dutch: Ideally, spoken communication skills.
French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Master degree or equivalent by experience.

Regular meetings in Paris are required.

Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.

At least 10 years of relevant experience.

Mandatory: Experience working with both business and IT, preferably in an agile environment.
Good understanding of workflow processes.
Very good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Prince2, PMBOK, Clarity, MS Project, Harmony, etc.).
Familiarity with various IT systems.
Preferable: Familiarity with cards issuing and processing systems.

Mandatory: Proven experience in managing complex projects or programs.
Experience working with both business and IT, preferably in an agile environment.
Knowledge of banking business.
Preferable: Experience working with international groups and shared platforms.
Experience in cards business.
