Project Leader

As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for successfully leading the project from identifying needs to implementing the solution. You will engage at the outset of the project to describe the current and future state of the business process. You will facilitate workshops, organize, and manage necessary meetings to gather information and draft deliverables required for project definition, adhering to the standards and methodology in place at our client. In this consultancy mission, you will guide the definition of future processes based on the chosen technology. You will structure the work of the development team and communicate in a structured manner with project stakeholders.

• →You will organize the delivery of the product while respecting the defined needs, quality, deadlines, and budget. To achieve this, you will draft the necessary deliverables to clarify these objectives for all project stakeholders, following the methodology established at our client.
• →You will ensure the monitoring of these objectives.
• →You will organize the meetings and workshops necessary to understand and map the business processes as desired by our client.
• →You will be responsible for communication within the project, ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed in a timely manner of developments and/or any issues encountered.
• →You will propose solutions and be able to explain their impacts.
• →You will draft the necessary documents to define the process so that they can be directly used by the project team for solution implementation.
• →Throughout the project, you will ensure that the implemented solution corresponds to the solution described in agreement with the Business.
• →You will also ensure that the solutions you propose are integrable into the environment and operational methods of our client.

• Communication: You will organize and lead necessary meetings or workshops with stakeholders, demonstrating good listening skills.
• Conceptualization: You will translate abstract reasoning and general concepts into practical solutions.
• Information Analysis: You will analyze data in a targeted manner and critically assess information.
• Cross-Functional Understanding: You will have a view beyond the boundaries of various departments/directorates and evaluate the impact of decisions on other areas of the organization.
• Advisory: You will provide advice to your contacts and develop a trusting relationship with them based on your expertise.
