Senior Process Engineer Consultant

Mission Overview:

The Process Engineer consultancy mission is offered by Keystone Solutions for a client in Brussels. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while working on-site at the client’s Transformation Office.Mission Context:

The client’s Tribe Invest & Financial Insurances is responsible for delivering investment products and maintaining end-to-end solutions for their customers. The Tribe is organized into squads and clusters, facing major challenges to accelerate digitalization and regulatory compliance. You will join the Advice Cluster, focusing on the Contracting squad, processing and analyzing contracting processes for all Invest portfolio contracts, including flows, legal aspects, pledging, donations, activations, and addenda.Responsibilities:

• Define and implement new business (sub)processes within business architecture principles and strategic objectives.
• Adjust and improve existing processes for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management.
• Contribute to application changes and testing as needed.
• Monitor and assess processes using key indicators and customer feedback, identifying improvements.
• Conduct analyses and studies related to process management.
• Communicate and liaise with all stakeholders, including operational teams.
• Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation for standardized implementation and incident resolution.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines (Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control, General Inspection).
• Guide change management, ensuring customers and employees master new or changed processes.
• Provide user support after implementation of changes.
• Participate in ideation phases with Business and IT partners to ensure solutions meet customer and employee needs, align with strategy, and achieve efficiency and risk management objectives.
• Work within Agile teams, delivering stories in planned sprints, organizing work independently, and committing to sprint or quarterly planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent by experience.
• Required certifications as applicable.
• Languages: Fluent French and Dutch, good English.
• Experience: 2-6 years in relevant roles.
• Technical Experience: Good knowledge of process management tools (mandatory); business architecture, automation, and data management (preferable).
• Business Experience: Knowledge of Invest business context, process improvement methods, risk management and control (mandatory).
• Soft Skills: Excellent analysis, structuring, and modeling skills; efficient facilitator and communicator; strong convincing, influencing, and negotiating abilities; creative problem-solving; customer-oriented; team player; fully endorses Scrum values (focus, openness, commitment, respect, courage), knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and value addition.
