Project Manager

Join Keystone Solutions as a consultant to lead a Microsoft 365 migration for our client, a major public healthcare institution. This is a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions, where you will work closely with the client's stakeholders on-site and in hybrid settings, executing the full scope of responsibilities described below as a Keystone Solutions consultant.

• Languages: French and English required – Dutch is an asset.
• Experience: Approximately 4 to 5 years of project management experience.
• Mission Duration: Between 6 months and 1 year (with an initial 6-month phase), renewable.

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will perform the following responsibilities in close collaboration with our client and their partners, within the context of a Microsoft 365 migration:

• →Engage with users to understand their needs and challenges.
• →Define and structure a clear roadmap, in collaboration with an external partner.
• →Ensure coordination with internal IT teams.
• →Lead the implementation and support organizational change.
• →Facilitate the adoption of the new tools by proposing solutions tailored to the transition from an Office 2003 environment to Microsoft 365.

• Operate as a Keystone Solutions consultant, embedded with the client's teams to deliver measurable outcomes on-site and in hybrid settings.
• Collaborate transparently with client stakeholders and external partners while leveraging Keystone Solutions' peer network and best practices.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, ensuring continuity from roadmap through adoption.

• Tackle business-critical transformations like Microsoft 365 migrations that modernize collaboration and security in complex environments.
• Engage with diverse user groups, IT teams, and external partners, building cross-functional influence and stakeholder trust.
• Contribute to initiatives where your project leadership directly improves day-to-day outcomes for end users.
