About the Team
The Developer Productivity (DevX) team builds and maintains the tools, platforms, and infrastructure that help Helpshift engineers reliably build, test, deploy, and release products.
We work across CI/CD, build and release automation, developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, observability, security, and engineering workflows. Our goal is to reduce engineering friction, improve developer productivity, and make software delivery faster, safer, and more reliable.
We are looking for an engineer who can independently own complex DevX problems, build scalable engineering solutions, and partner with teams across Helpshift to improve developer productivity.

- Improve pipeline performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Identify bottlenecks in build and release workflows and drive improvements.
- Develop release automation and deployment workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex pipeline and release failures.
