Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Review manufacturing processes and implement process improvements leveraging Lean manufacturing principles
- →Create standard work to document process
- →Participate in process improvement events (kaizen)
- →Work with Process Engineers on process automation and robotics
Requirements
~1 min read- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Some experience with using CAD systems
- Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing
- Currently enrolled in engineering or technology major
- Must be local to Santa Claus, IN
- Required to work onsite at the Santa Claus, IN manufacturing location
