Sr. Salesforce Platform Engineer — AI & Automation

This role sits at the center of how we operate and grow. We are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Platform Engineer who combines architect-level thinking with hands-on technical execution. Someone who will be a foundational member of our Systems team and help build the technology infrastructure that powers everything we do. This is not an advisory role. We need someone who designs solutions, builds them, integrates them, and owns them end-to-end. The right candidate is a Salesforce expert and multi-system integrator who understands how enterprise systems connect, owns integration architecture across the full technology environment (not just Salesforce), and actively uses Claude and Claude Code to drive automation across the SDLC.
