About the job

Our team is seeking an experienced individual who will help us grow and expand by supporting our commercial team on daily sales operations. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align the team strategies as well as to ensure a proper workflow and follow-through for account sustainability.

The position holds a key responsibility in our B2B market, playing a vital part in delivering excellent service to our distributing partners.

Job Responsibilities

Operations

  • Manage B2B Customer Care, not restricted to third-party inquiries, complaints, refund requests, escalations as appropriate.
  • Assist in B2B Sales Operations which may include booking fulfilment, invoicing, and settlement
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to provide feedback and improve solutions to cater to clients’ needs
  • May be required at times to schedule and provide engaging online, in-person demos and walkthroughs to take clients through our services

Planning

  • Work with the team to provide recommendations as well as changes, improvements or deletion of existing products.
  • Preparing insights for Operational Enhancement

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Undergraduate Degree
  • At least 2 years of work experience with a background in the tourism/e-commerce environment is preferred.
  •  Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Highly effective communication and influencing skills in spoken Vietnamese, with fluent English needed. Mandarin is a plus.
  • Highly effective communication and influencing skills in written Vietnamese.
  • Demonstrated independence and ability to spearhead initiatives
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, self-motivated and global-oriented
  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
  • Have a passion for Travel.
  • Shift Rotation Basis (2 shifts daily - Morning and Afternoon) and willing to work on Weekend & Public Holidays
    • Morning shift starts from 06:00 - 15:00 (included break time) - Expected to arrive at the office around 12:00
    • Afternoon shift starts from 13:00 - 22:00 (included break time) - Expected to remain in the office until approximately 18:00
