Courier

We are looking for a reliable and efficient individual to join our team as a Courier. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of packages and documents to various locations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Pick up and deliver packages and documents in a timely manner.

- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency.

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.

- Communicate effectively with clients regarding delivery status and any potential delays.

- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit.

- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.

- Assist in loading and unloading packages as needed.

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Previous experience in a courier or delivery role is preferred.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to navigate using GPS and map applications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Physical stamina to lift and carry packages of varying weights.

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
